There's a problem with quotes on my system (Debian 2.2, $LC_ALL=de=DE,
LyX 1.1.5fix2). My default-template is set to "\quotes_language german"
"\quotes_times 2", which gives \glqq resp. \grqq (speaking ERT) when I
enter and is exactly what I want. The problem are single
quotes , they're not enter
