Chapter title

Hello all! For a while I've been trying to figure out how to format the chapter titles the way I want them in a book am writing, but I can't get it right at all. I have taken a look at http://www.lyx.org/help/layouts/chapter.php several times and it doesn't help me at all *use the koma class*

John, I read the url above. While I don't agree with the premise, perhaps you could [or someone] explain how to set up mutt to reply to the group. Usually in mutt one is given the choice. I've set up mutt to use the group reply and/or reply, however it doesn't appear to work for this

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. In the end, I think the problem is due to a combination of all the factors cited. From now on I will simply be aware of how dramatic simple formatting changes can be in terms of page count, and adjust accordingly. Thanks very much, everyone.

Export parameters on a per document basis

Hi, Is there a way to configuredocument exporting (-HTML, -PDF) on a per-document basis? For example, most of the time I want my HTML output to have numbers in the headers. But for some documents, I don't. It's a bit annoying to have to go change the export parameters when it only happens for

Hello, I am having at least two problems when I try to import latex into lyx using relyx. I use lyx 1.1.5fix1 on solaris because I seem to be unable to either compile or run the compiled versions and I have to rely on a binary that was posted a while back. Anyway, my problems are 1)

Hello, I am having at least two problems when I try to import latex into lyx using relyx. I use lyx 1.1.5fix1 on solaris because I seem to be unable to either compile or run the compiled versions and I have to rely on a binary that was posted a while back. Anyway, my problems are 1)

centering hangcaption

Hi! How do I center a hanging caption? \begin{center} \hangcaption{Auswertung des Beschleunigungssensors \protect \\ ohne die ersten beiden Messwerte} \end{center} doesn't work, the caption is aligned left. The table above is centered. thanks marksu
