lyx ingnores second keystroke

Sometimes LyX refuses I encouter the problem that lyx refuses every second identical keystroke. So 'willing' becomes 'wiling'. The problem is independent of the key I try and occurs only in the LyX main window, not in the dialogs, and also not in other programs. Restarting LyX does not help, resta

I've searched high and low for reference to /$UserDir/templates/defaults.lyx which I finally figured out is how to set my document defaults. There's lots of data about templates and the lyxrc file but I can't find this one. Is this eluding me, deprecated, or is it not in the documentation? than

Long equation got cut off

Hi, When inputting a very long equation in lyx, and then display it as postscript, I see that lyx did not wrap the equation, and just keep going until it got cut off by the page margin. Is this a bug? shouldn't lyx automatically wrap a long equation, as it wraps words? Thanks. Reuben D. Budiar

Hi, I've got a problem with LyX 1.1.6fix4-2 on my Debian sid/unstable. Everything works fine, except I can't load certain types of document classes. For example,I can't load the Hollywood (FYI, it's for typing screenplays) template file(located in /usr/share/lyx/templates), because I got loads of

Hi, Is there a way by which I can compress a table which exceeds the width of the page so that it fits on one page width? It's ok if the text within the table shrinks.. I'm using 1.1.6fix4 on cygwin. Thanks, nirmal
