Hello,
I just noticed, that bugzilla doesn't inform me any more about changes
in bugs that I reported.
Is it posible that the sender of bugzilla mails changed, so that my mail
filter deletes them? What is the current sender,
"bugzilla mailer daemon" or something similar?
regards Uwe

I've used Lyx with Gentoo with no problems at all. I'd suggest unmerging lyx,
xdvi and possibly some of the other export programs, them emerging them
again.

The installation was smooth and lyx is running as it
should.
However, there is one issue I can not get rid of: the characters for \sum and
\int are displayed much higher than they should (as if the character was
sitting on top of the box where it should be). The formulas look quite bad.

Why are you building as root? Don't do that ever. Build as a normal user

Hi, every body
I want to install the new release lyx-1.3.5,
unfortunatly there is no binary for debian, I tied
the fedora one, it gives an error (I 've sent a
message to this list), someone said that compilation
is done for RH, OK I agree but I had no problem to
install lyx-1.3.3-1rh9_qt.i386.rpm
That did it! Thanks much.

Hi,
I am happily running LyX on linux. Recently, I have installed Ruurd's win32
port for my colleague. The installation was smooth and lyx is running as it
should.

Hi Jack,
which tex distribution do you use?
For tetex (default linux option) you should copy these files to:
~/texmf/tex/latex
and run
texhash
in the command line.
For mixtex (windows):
I guess (not using it...) the directory is c:\localtex or similar.
Then you should run something like: S

Hello,
Does somebody know how to modify the apparence of all legends in LYX ?
(modify size of characters, of margins etc.)
I found no option in LYX to do that.
I tried to use the package "caption", but it had no effects on the legends
in my document.
Thank you,

I've downloaded the apa.cls, apacite.sty, apacitex.bst, and apacite.bst
files from CTAN.
