Hi, Thanks, Paul. I dowloaded & installed the XFT forms and fonts. In a console, "kpsewhich article.cls" (no quotation marks) gave... nothing. ) Doing "Reconfigure" didn't change anything. Under "View", I have no DVI nor PDF. I do not think there is something wrong with *my* installation: I've

Hi all, having troubles installing beamer with lyx and windows. I've installed beamer classes, pgf, and xcolor using MikTeX package manager. I've tried updating the file database using MikTeX options>Refresh and also have tried running mktexlsr in each of the three directories for beamer, pgf, and
