1. Produce a numberd list/itemized list etc. item
2. Produce a standard paragraph and increase the depth to make it line up with
the list item

I'm new to Lyx. I'm using the elsevier document class - elsart.cls.
It comes with Lyx so I didn't have to download any files. I checked and
