I've been programming for a long while, but I'm new to latex, and given I've got

Have you looked into the multibib package (CTAN multibib)? It allows you to
have multiple reference sections, arranged in whatever manner you see fit.

I would to create 2 different bibliography files, one for the
bibliography and one for the list of website cited in the document and I
want to print them in two separate ambient: Bibliography and Sitography
I do this by creating 2 reflib files with Referencer software: BiblioDB
and Si
My book (Komascript) ends with
bibliography, index and nomenclature.
The corresponding pages are marked at their top with bibliography and index,
but the following nomenclature pages are all marked with index. What has to
be done to have there nomenclature?
