Adobe Acrobat from my computer but the problem still persists. I even
tried Sumatra but it does not help.

Just to be sure Abobe is gone you might want to try Revo Uninstaller to
completely remove old versions, then using CCleaner to clean up the registry or
at least CCleaner to tidy things up.
