to Lyx some commands.
Throiugh the "Tools>Preferences" menu, we can already build "hot keys" to
issue some Lyx commands. For instance, "command-alternatives cell-

Usually, yes ... but when I do this with the AMS Definition paragraph type,
the specific "Definition 13" for instance of the definition paragraph has
disapeared.
