First paragraph indent

On the preamble works only at third page after index and indent didn't work, because by default the first paragraph wasn't indented but I need, because I'm doing a conclusion research to my economic course to get graduated. PS.: what kind of document need I to read to get all this things working?

Now all tips works fine but I don't need headers with Charpter and Section. HOw can I take this off? -- clarkagjcris
