Lyx Window Size

Hi, I would like to decrease the width of the lyx window (in order to view the PostScript and the lyx file side-by-side without overlap), but it does not want to go below a certain size. Is it possible to change the minimum window size? I tried removing icons from the menu, but this had no effect
