Hello,
I would like to have my outline and bibliography on separate pages, instead
of on the same page my article is on. Is there a way I can do this in LyX
with a page break or other method? Thank you.

also need to start the numbering on the first page of the paper itself,
not on the table of contents page. Everything else about the article
layout is great. Any help appreciated.

This worked great, but no page number for the bibliography. Now with
the additional requirements, I am stuck. I appreciate any help I can
get with this. Thank you.
