Hi, one more citation problem and I still do not know whom else to ask... I would like to force an "et al." in my citation. If I believe Lamport something like Author = {Name, test and others} Should do the trick. Well not so with the geralpha style I'm afraid because this gets shown as Name

Hi, i am running into problems compiling 1.2.0 and maybe somebody here can help. I am using FreeBSD 4.5-Stable with autoconf 2.13. autogen.sh told me it could not find autoconf/autoheader and so I linked autoconf213 to autoconf and autoheader213 to autoheader. autogen.sh works now so does conf

newbie needs help: footnote numbering

Hi, I am writing a thesis with Lyx using the koma book class. I noticed that the footnote numbering restarts at 1 in every chapter. I do not want this. How can I turn this off? I looked everywhere but have to admin that I am too blind. Please help, Regards, JP
