So I've noticed that LyX 1.6.1 comes with dv2dt.exe and that it runs
clean_dvi.py. LyX 1.6.2 does not come with dv2dt and doesn't appear to run
clean_dvi.py. Why the change?

The quotes are not around the path. Why has this behavior changed and how
