Hi all,
I'm strugling to get the word 'theorem' in front of the reference to a
theorem. Like you get for a figure or a section or whatever. Do I really
need to type 'Theorem' in front of every reference. All I get is the number
of the theorem.
What am I missing here?

I try to modify amsbook.layout but whatever I do the layout always ends up
listed unavailable in the document class list. Even if I just copy the file
amsbook.layout and just rename the filename and let Lyx reconfigure.
what am I missing here?
