Still citation

Hi, I'm using pypliographic, creating a bibtex database, with lyx to manage my reference. All is working well but I'd like to have the citation in somethingh similar to (Brown et al., 1990) not the number. How can I solve this? I found and old email ond the archive suggesting to use natbib, I try

Chapter title on each page

I'm tryng to write my thesis with lyx. The first problem is the title of the chapter reported on the top of each page. If thi title is too long the row just crash at the very end of the page in an horrible way. How can I have the title of the chapter put in two lanes? Thanks Mauro
