I have a very strange problem in a Lyx document using the Memoir book
class: a vertical spacing added on a page in the document also appears
after the TOC title!
If I remove the vertical space, the TOC is displayed as expected, but

to use Lyx for writing her book (in french) and the feedback I got is

I'm helping someone write a book in Lyx. I've configured it to use the
Memoir class, and the result looks great!
The only big problem left is formatting dialogs in the book. I'v
searched on the internet but didn't find any information.
Does anyone have a hint?

I'm a new user of Lyx, but totally converted to its use!
Here is a question I have:
I wrote an article. Put the Title, followed by date and then the author.
I only want that on the front page. I want the abstract on the next
page. So in the abstract paragraph I do Layout-paragraph-pagebreak
