header?

How do I put some text (e.g. my last name) in the top right corner of each page? (I'm using AMS article with the default page style...I need page numbers in the bottom center.) Thanks.

strange behaviour: lyx1.1.5/"view postscript"

Layout->Separation lets you have "Indent" *or* "Skip". I would like both...is this possible? -- Robyn
