Installed Lyx version 1.6.2 and CocoAspell version 2.0.4 on Mac

When spell checking a document in Lyx I couldn't add words to the
dictionary.
After some web searching I discovered a fix is to comment the line
home-dir $HOME/Library/Preferences/aspell in file
