Hopefully this question has a simple answer. I'm working on a book which has
a table of contents. Is there any way to get the TOC to have dot leaders
between the chapter names and the page numbers?

I have a few manuscripts in convering to LyX for a friend. They are
plain text files. Are there any utilities that can help me with the
transformation of the double quotes to a `` and '' format (or whatever
format I should be using)?
