heading is missing in one page

Hi I write my md-thesis with lyx, report(koma-script). As Pagestyle I chose "headings". It works fine except in Chapter 5 there is no heading following. Instead lyx inserts an empty page with just the heading. When I change to report as the document class (without komascript) the headings are fine

still not content with picture quality

Hi! I am still looking for the best quality to include graphics in my lyx Document. I produced some high quality tiff-files, png-files, eps-files, but everytime I want to export it in any way to pdf (ps2pdf, latextopdf ...) I lose a lot of the quality compared to some other pdf-files I have see

Hi! Is there a possibility to enhance the quality of graphics when exporting my lyx-document to pdf? When I export to html the qauality is much better but unfortunately the layout (borders, reference ...) suffers. Thanks alot, Tobi

author-year citation lyx with bibtex

Hi! I want a certain citation style like this: In the text there must be: textextext (Author, Year) In the reference at the end there should be: [Number] Author, Year, Chapter .. I am using bibtex and lyx 1.2.1 and in Layout/Document I can only chose between Author/Year or numeric citation

drawings in lyx

Hi! I am writing my doctoral dissertation with lyx (it works great!). I have one question: I want to insert certain black and white drawings. Which is the best format to import a graphic as a drawing with the best quality .In this case size does not matter :-). Thanks, Tobi
