Problem with listing and keyval

Hi I install lyx 1.2 Then include in my lyx file instructions to use listing. when I click in ctrl+d for a dvi preview the file is not visualized and apear a message about keyval. keyval error, undefined???. How I get and instal a complet keyval package?/? [EMAIL PROTECTED]
