warning "different LaTeX input encodings" in a single LyX file

[image: image.png] I get this warning with a macros file I'm using on all my lyx documents only one document and I have no idea why, when I checked with Notepad++ it looked like it was encoded with utf-8, I'm not sure who the parent is referring to here as well. I'm using the "insert->file->child

hello, I've just updated from 2.3.7 to 2.4.0 and everything went smoothly but the preview environments I have in my files don't render anymore, I used to have TeX code in an ERT environment (for plots and graphs) and that ERT, inside a preview environment, would render that code inside the lyx file

can i just upgrade from 2.3.7 to 2.3.8 without any loss of data/files and etc...?

I have the 2.3.7 with many files with specific configurations (like Hebrew, special colors, special macros, shortcuts, packages, etc...) if I just download the newer version will it be a seamless transition? or is it more involved than that? I also wonder if it's worth it at all as the changes see

hello, I have multiple ert environments in a lyx document I also put each inside a preview environment so that the rendered output is aligned to the left, I want to have it such that all the ert (inside preview) are aligned to the center, I imagine it's doable with some commands in the preamble but

how to add this shortcut?
