I'm trying to get the win32 port of Lyx working on my windows 2000 computer. I've
successfully installed it on a win95 computer at home with the StarNet X server. I
don't seem to be getting a connection to the X server. See below for error messages. I
tried version 1.1.6fix1 and 1.1.5fix2. I've tried the StarNet XWin32 5.1 and WinaXe
6.0 programs and get the same error messages.
Any ideas why this isn't working? All other aspects of networking seem to work okay.
Does anyone know of a simple program to test X connections?
