Hi Bill, What platform? Mac? Windows? Linux? Also, what sorts of messages are you getting? And, just to make sure, did you insert a pointer to your .bib file at the end of your document by selecting Insert → List/TOC → BibTeX bibliography? All you say is that you stuck the file somewhere but
