Welcome to this new version 2.3 of Lyx ! I noticed an improvement in the functioning of the function "Search and Replace elaborated". However, I came across what seems to me to be clearly a bug:
When I search for LaTeX inserts with {} inside to eliminate them (replaces
them with the empty string), the characters[ and] of normal LyX text are
also eliminated, but not those present in LaTeX inserts.
