and not in the output file ( dvi or ps) , is not a
problem pardi!!
otherwise , you have to check your preferrence
language in document.

I'm writing my phD thesis in French with Lyx, but my headings (Part I,
Chapter I) appear in English rather than in French (Première partie,
Chapitre I). My format is "book", the language of the document set to
"French". What can I do?
