Hi, same problem here on MacOSX since 1.4.0: German without german
Menues. (Yes - I have set the appropriate varibles in
environmen.plist) No clue, why the Interface is still english. Maybe
it is really a PATH problem that occurs on Systems other than *x +
X11. 1.3.7 works as intended...

I installed lyx-1.4.1_win32_setup_v1.exe today and nearly everything works fine.
Only the menus are in English, not as expected in German.
While startgin lyx with -dbg 3, following messages appear:
