Hello all, I'm trying to insert a Figure Float, much like seen in the User Guide Section 4.3.1.1. I am running LyX v1.3.1 on Windows XP using cygwin and x-Win32. According to the documentation, I should goto Insert Floats Figure Float from the menu bar. I have no trouble doing this. It
