I installed Texlive then Lyx 2.3,2-2 on Windows 10. When I ask for Help -> Users Guide, I get a pop up: document call KOMA-Script book ... requires external files that are not available ... scrbook.cls. I can see this file in C:\texlive\2018\texmf-dist\tex\latex\koma-script but Lyx does not seem
