Query Simple

Hi All, I have been a happy user of LyX for a while. I even write my thesis in LyX. Now this is my problem ... my University has a standard LaTex style for research theses, and I wonder how easy or how I can take that style and create a LyX equivalent for it ... Can someone show me where to find
