I just found out on miktex the normal sequence (latex, makeindex, latex, latex) also works when \usepackage{makeidx} is removed. Thus; does lyx add a package too much when using the memoir class? The memoir class menual also states NOT to use {makeidx}. met vriendelijke groet / kind regards, Maa
