Well the BAD NEWS are that this is not fixable now! The problem here is that when you use the "linebreak" option the whole table-cell is a parbox and so is viewed by the rest of the row as 1 line and so centered vertically to the other 1st lines. A temporary fix for this is to define also all other cells as linebreak cells and add the same amount of rows to each cell (with a hardspace as place-holder). I send you your file in which I corrected the first row so you can see how this works. This means that if you want correct formating right now you cannot use mixed "linebreak" cells and normal p{}-cells in one row.
