I ended up using the attach file package. It works as expected. The only
thing I don’t like it the limited icons and their ugly. I would like to
make my own but the package doesn’t have that ability built in.

Use Refworks to export your references as Bibtex. A .bib file should be generated. Then follow the intructions in LyX's User's Guide

I'm using Lyx 1.5.0-beta1 and the only thing I need to do is to choose
() in the dialog where it asks for the type of reference. See
the example I attached to this message.

Is there anyway to use one list of References and another list for
.. e.g. Bibliography in the same lyx file (or even latex)?
What I want to do is to separate in my bibliography list references to
urls, or at least to put url references together at the end of my
bibliography list?
