Hi all, I have some small Layout problems. 1. Inserting a blank page In the book-class I want to insert a blank page. I use a ERT-Box with two \newpage commands in it, but it doesn't work. 2. Beginning at the middle of a page On a new page, the text shall start at the middle of the page. I
