Hello,
I require 1.3cm spacing between two columns for my
article. Can't find it anyway under layout. Secondly, my
articles Title, Author, Address need to crossover two columns at the first page.
I certainly appreciate if someone can help. Thanks.

you need latex-package multicol, it's often part of the installed

for 10pt and 11pt documentwide font size choose \huge
for 12pt \LARGE
than they are always 20.74pt.
