when I use the option allowframebreaks
I lost the iterative display on the 2nd side, provided by
Overlay specification +-
in an itemized list
I cannot recover with onslide
Some ideas?

Try putting \addtocounter{framenumber}{-1} in the title of the slide (in a
TeX inset), either before or after the actual title text.

My first test show that these both functions does not work automatically
together. If the Options „allowframebreaks" formate the slide so, that there
are two slides only one is not counted if i also set the option
"addtocounter{framenumber}{-1}.“

You can use it to repeat a previous frame (or selected slides of it). The
frame to be repeated is labelled with [label=foo], again in ERT at the
very beginning
