ld "insert reference" way of inserting references in one file
(1.1.5 fix 2)
the way the references to the bibliography is performed in lyx 1.1.6 makes
it very tedious to set references to a document referenced in the bibliography,
if the bibliography is defined in another file. I would l

I'm making a report and I'm using subsection titles (without numbers). If
I use section titles I get huge (IMO) titles. The bibliography title is
also huge. I'm just making "standard" (for us) reports with 1" margins
all around.
