blue underlining with copy/paste

I'm using 1.5.0rc2 under XP and when I copy/paste between two LyX documents everything gets underlined in blue and when I continue to add content it is also underlined in blue. It's as if something is changed in the document. I've tried messing with change tracking and accepting all changes, but
