Its me again.
What I got was a pdf file without graphics.
What I actually wanted was a lyx file in which each of the included
figures is in the draft mode. I found, that I could switch to this mode
in the Latex und Lyx options of the lyx graphics box. However, since I
have more than 70 figures,
I just exported the tex file. Doing it, I was told for 3 figures that
there was a figure with the same name and asked whether it should be
overwritten, which I did. The tex file exported, and doing the draft
export from LyX worked now. I do not understand it, but may be somebody
else does. Anyw

but Document Settings>Document Class>Custom entering draft
gives a class switch error Layout file not found with the description
Layout 'begin frame' was not found
I am using kubuntu.
I guess there is a figure which I took from a presentation, which causes
the error. Strange, that
Should be Doc Settings > Class options > "draft"

with draft (but not the inclined draft marking of the pages!). Could not
find it in the help files. A pointer is appreciated
