Last I saw, a TPDD 2 was running about $100 on eBay. That was several years
ago.

Hey! I resemble that remark...:)

According to the Disk+ manual, using the files on the Disk it is
possible to transfer any type of file from the Model 100 to the storage
disk, but only if the files on the Disk are on the external drive.
Disk+ loads the external file to use in the manipulation of the files on
the storage media.

Hi guys,
Been around here a couple of times before, but it's been a while.
Anyway, I have a TPDD2 and (I believe) 70 disks for sale. It's been a while
since I last used it.
Shoot me an offer if you're interested. I'm in zip code 46590.

Another prototype.
Note that the EPROM sits beside and on the same side as the ROM socket to save
space; the empty board space was for the planned RAM chip.
Mike,
Would the same diodes + resistor modification work for all model T machines? Or
just the 100? I've seen your adapter board and noticed that it says it's only
for the 100.

Kurt, how much did that cost? I can't afford to spend an awful lot more
after buying the Rex. I'm not sure but I think Stephen was thinking of
sending me a rom. But he's looking at the ROM I sent him at the moment. I'd
personally just like it to work, so I can get back to using my M100 :-)

You could get a new EPROM burned and just drop it in to replace the one that's
in there now. Plus fix theY2K issue at the same time.

In theory yes, but the hardware compatibility item is very important.
Since all roms run in VT, we might assume that they are compatible. the
exception is the lack of modem in the EU machines.
I thinking to send James an EEPROM with the other EU ROM that is compatible
with REX. But, I want to do
Just out of curiosity then, does that mean that by installing the main
ROM replacement fix REX would run on the machine? I suppose it depends
on whether there are actual hardware differences as well?
