you have to measure it during standby. With the power off and the
standby power on, measure the battery voltage (and double check that
the same voltage is present on the RAM's power pins.
If the battery voltage is around 3.3V in this situation, then it's
good, if it drops to 2.6V (even 2.8)
or less, then either there's too much current consumption from the
RAMs and RTC or the battery needs to be replaced (assuming it has seen
enough charge time since the last power off).
