I can’t say I have *that* much experience printing them, but I did recently buy a M100 with a broken battery cover and printed myself a replacement. I just used the same black PLA I’d been using prior. The tabs are definitely the difficult part, they’re very fragile and trimming supports off wi

Wondering if people have had good luck with 3d printing battery covers? I'm aware of several designs on Thingiverse, all a bit different. I guess the weak spot is really the tabs. What is the best material and process to print these? Is there a "best design" to use? thanks Steve
