If all else fails: office supply stores sell packages of rubber finger tips
for paper-handing accountants and clerks. I believe they measure tightly
enough to grasp end of replacement M100 legs.
I gave a package as a joke to my brother as a wedding present “condom” supply.

Not sure if I posted this link, there are seemingly two styles of feet, the
"magic wand" style appears to be slightly tapered vs the much more
common "turkey baster" style.
