There is a pure ram way to do it.
I don't have a link handy but I remember the way it was described it poked
a little routine into ram that ends up getting called every time some rom
routine gets called, it detours through this added routine along the way to
modify the result.

How Do,
The 19, of 19xx, is in ROM. ROM images are available that have the 19 patched
to 20. This makes the MT good through 2099. The date routines in the MT only
use the trailing two digits. Burning a single ROM can be a bit much if you do
not already have the tools. Easiest way would be,
resses in different system roms.

Hello!
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to update an issue with the T200 year not
I don't have direct experience with the 200, but if the date is handled the
same way it is on the 100/102/8201a, then it's a ROM thing. An expansion
ROM (like the REX#) or a patched 200 replacement rom should be able to fix
it. Here's an example of how you can patch a NEC PC-8201a ROM.
