Have you installed package "gcc-4.1-multilib" exactly, newest version of
"gcc-multilib"?
You need this package, for compile 32bit programs (libraries) on x86_64
machines.

it is best to come back to the original version of the two lines. The bug
was introduced by Erik ;-) (rev 412->443)
Ok, the "for () " construction is not intuitive but it is ok.I have checked it
with one mode, i loops only once!
