This list that Sarah mentions is n ordered list that sighted folks can easily
re-arrange with draging selected items. But I believe any new networks will be
added to the bottom if you want to just delete and insert the network of
concern.
I usually do this through system preferences.

I think it depends upon what kind of video content you want to produce. I think

Currently to my knowledge, this is not possible without Apple Scripting. Maybe
this will be addressed in Lion though.

you could probably convert it to a video CD or DVE easily enough. I think
