Yes, I use Blakcbaord all of the time. I was unable to use it with Safari/Voiceover, but have been able to without any problems at all with Chrome web browser and ChromeVox extension from Chrome Web Store. It works flawlessly with all of Blackboard, including discussion board. In college setting
