Hi Eric,
Many thanks for that tip. My friend managed to fix the problem by "using
sighted help to reset the VO options in the VO utility at least twice". I don't
think she is entirely clear about exactly what she did. Anyway she is up and
working again.

hi all i imported 14 mp3 tracks in to iTunes they are an audio book but in my
music category i can't find them under any unchain artiest so where have they
gone please?

Look under music. . If they re there, select all 14 tracks and go to info then
options and change the media kind to audio book.

YOu sure it's there? It worked when I did it. Add the date modified to the
columns list and court down.

I've never done this, but can you select all from with int he finder, and then
choose open with address book? good luck.

the folder when I was importing them.

When you get VOIP quality issues, it is related to your download and/or upload
band width. If you are doing a lot of other traffic at the same time as your
Skype. Then you might not have enough band with to be allocated for Skype.
