This is true in Ubuntu, which is Linux, using Orca screenreader, but I don't
know if it is true with Mac.
Since they are similar operating systems, perhaps it is true.

Keep in mind it's temporary only. I would leave feedback for them as the more
of us that tell them the more they might consider changing, although it's
google so I really don't know if that will help. but I would do it anyway.
